Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProductRack at productrack.xyz (the "Service"), operated by ProductRack.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

ProductRack provides a free web dashboard that aggregates and visualizes publicly available product launch information, market signals, trends, and editorial summaries for informational purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

No professional advice

Content on ProductRack — including dashboard briefings, ideation prompts, trend charts, and blog articles — is for general informational purposes only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or APIs; scraping or bulk-downloading in ways that impair the Service; interfering with other users; reverse engineering security measures except where permitted by law; using the Service to violate applicable law; or misrepresenting affiliation with ProductRack.

Automated access to non-public API endpoints may be restricted. Public pages and documented feeds are intended for normal browser and search-engine use.

Intellectual property

ProductRack's branding, layout, original editorial content, and software are owned by ProductRack or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party product names, logos, and launch listings remain the property of their respective owners. ProductRack displays them as references to public information.

You may share links to ProductRack pages and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the Service as a competing product without permission.

Third-party content and links

The Service incorporates data and links from independent sources (launch platforms, news sites, app stores, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms and policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductRack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that launch data is complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductRack and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) USD $50 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which is zero for the free Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProductRack from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
